Brilliant, golden color with silver highlights.

On the nose
Fruity, with aromas of white fruits such as just ripe pear and apple
Granny Smith. Some notes of flowers, hawthorn, and acacia. A delicate touch of iodine. Then, in a second phase, notes of yellow fruits, stewed or candied, notably quince jelly. -
In the mouth
Smooth and creamy. Subtle flavors of white pepper. Then a range of fruity notes, particularly quince. A lovely freshness, with lemony notes.
