An intense and brilliant ruby red color. With some purple notes.

Freshness and toasted notes, notably vanilla, toast and licorice.

Silky and balanced. Fruity with notes of red and black fruits, particularly fresh strawberries and blackcurrants. Dense tannins, complemented by toasted notes of bourbon vanilla and brioche.

Jacobin Convent
The history of Couvent des Jacobins dates back to the 14th century, when Dominican friars arrived in the heart of the medieval city. A family property since its acquisition by Jean Jean in 1902, the estate's wines combine complexity, density, and great finesse on the palate.
