In the mouth
Full, opulent mouthfeel with beautiful, long, coated tannins. Long and harmonious on the palate with well-integrated oak and crisp black fruit.

The history of Couvent des Jacobins dates back to the 14th century, when Dominican friars arrived in the heart of the medieval city. A family property since its acquisition by Jean Jean in 1902, the estate's wines combine complexity, density, and great finesse on the palate.
